Three years ago, on the 26th of June, 11 Mirrors, the first design hotel in Ukraine, welcomed its first guest. It was a very special moment, one which reflected the courage, independence and passion of the team with their high ambitions and the best possible standards of hospitality.
“Exploring the new area is always challenging. Entering the Ukrainian hospitality market with the new original hotel brand was a profound experience for DEOL Partners’ team. By creating 11 Mirrors we started the design hotel sub-category in Ukraine. Our team introduced the international standards of this specific category for travelers to Ukraine and, by so doing, proved the company’s efficiency as a developer and operator of the new hotel brand. This business-model can be applied in other cities and we are ready to proceed with 11 Mirrors’ expansion,” commented Ruslan Oleksenko, DEOL Partners’ founder and 11 Mirrors developer.
“Welcoming our first guests was an exciting experience for us as we presented a property with a totally new concept for design and service. 11 Mirrors is a lifestyle hotel, where design isn’t just about beauty, but also about better living. Guests’ feedback is an essential part of our everyday activity and we are pleased to know that 11 Mirrors is regarded as the top contemporary hotel in Kiev. TripAdvisor’s rating and reviews give an understanding as why 11 Mirrors is #1 hotel in Kiev. I’m proud of our design hotel,” added Maryna Rymarenko, 11 Mirrors’ General Manager and representative of DEOL Partners.
Among the first guests who stayed in 11 Mirrors were well-known celebrities and prominent guests of EURO-2012 football championship, including Adam Lambert who joined the Queen band together with Rufus Taylor and Neil Fairclough, and Alberto Zaccheroni who was the chief of Japan's national team.
